our location
We are a little bit obsessed with our little building.
She was built in approximately 1885, when the address was simply "south side square." She has held all sorts of businesses, and before 1950 most of those were some kind of market. That, and our proximity to the Saturday downtown farmer's market, is how we came to our name - The San Market!

At one point this building also housed a barbershop on its back porch (we found the old sign during our restoration).
This building is special, which is why we have taken special care to preserve the original elements - the wood storefront and doors, brick and stone walls, tin ceiling, and wood floors. You're surrounded by history when you walk in here! We hope you appreciate her as much as we do.
