Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Occasionally during busy periods or holidays, it may take longer. If you have a question about your shipping time, please reach out to us! You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Delivery Time: Shipping times vary based on location and the carrier. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the United States, while international orders may take longer.
International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We can only ship orders to United States addresses. We apologize for the inconvenience!
Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email, so you can follow your package’s journey.
Lost or Delayed Packages: If your package is lost or delayed, please contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Live Plants - while we do carry live plants in store, we are not set up to ship them! If you wish to purchase a live plant online, please choose store pickup as your delivery option.
