By crushing and mixing them together this allows the natural spicy flavors of the jalapeño to naturally blend with the olive oil, creating a supremely fresh and rich jalapeño flavored olive oil. Drizzle over cooked meats, use as a dressing, cooking with eggs or using as a garnish for soups. Pairs well with Pineapple Balsamic and Peach Balsamic.
